Mr. Sakhrani has over 25 years of experience in helping North American and European companies enter the Greater China markets and also has significant experience in providing corporate, trust and investment services for international high net worth clients.
Kishore was previously a founder and director of a successful regulated professional services firm, which provided a broad range of services to an international corporate and individual clientele. These services included the processing of trade documents as well as accounting, tax, banking and regulatory compliance in both HK and China. For its high net worth clients, services included corporate administration and trustee services. He was also the founder of an investment advisor firm, licensed with the local regulator. Kishore was able to successfully sell those businesses several years ago enabling him to embark on a new enterprise.
Kishore is the chair of the HK chapter of the International Business Structuring Association, a UK based non-profit that promotes best practice on different aspects of international business structuring. He is also the board chair of Community Business Limited, an NGO focusing on corporate social responsibility issues in HK. Kishore also sits on the HK Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business. Contemporaneously he is a director of The Brazzaville Foundation, a UK based charity focussed on conflict resolution in Africa.
Mr Crichton is well versed in developments in Asia’s various insurance and corporate sectors from both a competitive and regulatory perspective.
Greg was previously, a Director, EVP and General Counsel at American International Assurance (AIA), while based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for coverage of the entire Asia Pacific Region ex Japan and was also a member of the AIA Board Audit Committee and one of AIG’s global ‘core employees’ participating in various long term retention plans of the group and sitting on many AIG boards.
Greg currently serves as an independent non-executive director and audit committee member with Pico Far East Holdings Ltd., a HK listed company (752:Hong Kong). Greg was for over eight years non-executive President Commissioner of a major Indonesian life insurer. Greg spent over four years helping a highly capitalised reinsurance startup in Singapore. He was also a Board member of a Cayman incorporated Fund company and previously served as a Member of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Board of Review. Greg currently serves as a consultant to Oldham Li & Nie (OLN) Solicitors. He also devotes time to angel investing, and as an advisor to various start-ups in sustainable growth areas.
